# CMB PostProcessing plugin changed?

Did something change in the last week affecting this plugin? CMB on linux (Ubuntu) now builds a static library at `lib/cmbPostProcessingModePlugin.a` instead of the shared object under lib/cmb-6.3

I don’t see any changes to CMB this month that would have changed this.

This may have been something Ben did for CI packaging?

Hmm. That shouldn’t be happening. Please file an issue; I’ll look at it when I get a chance.

Added an issue to CMB for this: [https://gitlab.kitware.com/cmb/cmb/issues/224](https://gitlab.kitware.com/cmb/cmb/issues/224) . This is a blocking issue on the SLAC project, so I will be asking for priority at today’s CMB core meeting.

ParaView has the fix for this and CMB’s CI and superbuild are pointing to a fixed version.
