I’m currently reasearching into possible correlations between breast density of breast cancer patients and the kinds of toxicities they experience after treatment.
Could someone suggest a software or libraries that can help calculate breast density within a contour on CT ?

3DSlicer is probably what you want to look at. You can segment the breast with the Segment Editor module and get volume measurements with the Segment Statistics module. You can use its dedicated Discourse forum if you need support specific to 3DSlicer.
