Does Pulse support a fracture insult, or modeling the patient’s pain? I didn’t see anything about these in the source code. There’s at least one example I’ve seen that gives morphine “for the pain,” but it looks like the pain is being assumed rather than modeled.
Currently we do not have pain model in Pulse, but we do have a stress action that you can use to increase HR, BP, and things, but it is not validated.
