How to set the initial state of a patient in the engine, for example, I want to set up a patient with high blood sugar

Here is what you can modify in the patient
These settings are for what define the healthy baseline of your patient.

Next, you can also specify one or more chronic conditions to move the patient baseline to a different (often unhealthy) baseline before simulation time 0

We currently don’t have a diabetes model, so you can’t really setup a patient with high blood sugar and get accurate physiology associated with that
